Minesweeper shipped with Windows 3.1 in 1992 and quickly became the most-played game in office history. The rules are deductive: each numbered cell tells you how many mines are in the eight cells touching it. Logic alone gets you to roughly 95% completion; the last few cells often require a 50/50 guess. Our version follows the original spec — three difficulties (9×9 / 12×12 / 16×16), right-click flags, long-press flags on mobile. First click is always safe.
How to play
Click to reveal a cell. Numbers show how many mines are in adjacent cells. Right-click (or long-press on mobile) to flag a suspected mine. Reveal all non-mine cells to win.
