Snake is the game everyone knows, which makes its quality easy to take for granted. We rewrote it from scratch to lean into the parts that matter — responsive controls, predictable hitboxes, and a render loop that does not stutter when the snake gets long. The grid is generous enough that you can read your own path without squinting. There is a single difficulty curve: the snake speeds up as you eat. No power-ups, no skins, no in-game ads. Just the loop that has held up for nearly fifty years.
How to play
Eat the dot. Grow longer. Don't hit your own tail. Don't hit the walls.
